Valentine's Day Traditions

Today is Valentine's day and for the first time ever I was ready!  All I had left to do was set the kitchen table for breakfast this morning, but that had to wait until the kiddies were in bed last night and sleeping.  Our Valentine's day traditions have certainly changed over the years but some things will always stay the same... 1.  We always leave small gifts for the kids to open in the morning.  Anything from books to clothing, games or small toys.  We never buy them chocolate because I find they always get so much from other family members.  This year I bought them a bag of candy from Squish at Upper Canada Mall.  I'm a total fan of what they sell and what they stand for.  They pride themselves on using all natural ingredients whenever possible...some of their candy is even vegan! 2.  As usual we made non edible gift for all the kids at school.  This year we had to make over 70 gift bags!  Hudson's grade 3 class will be getting an eraser and a hig
